Here are loads of Christmas kid party game ideas for you to learn from.
I don't know about you, but my kids love these ideas so much especially when they play with the coloring pages, Christmas song and holiday craft activities.
Christmas Cookie Decorating: My kids' favorite fun way for making various shaped sugar cookies. Have at least 3-4 cookies for each kid. Set out cans of white frosting and various decorations for the cookies, such as colored sugar sprinkles, mini-marshmallows, mini-chocolate chips, Red Hots, etc. Give the children popsicle sticks to spread the frosting and make sure to prepare boxes for the kids to take their decorated cookies.
Christmas Caroling: This is one of the best christmas kid party game ideas that gets the kids into the Christmas spirit. You can even go around the neighborhood or in a park and sing.
Christmas Coloring Pages: Sometimes a quiet activity is just what you need!
This kid Christmas party game allow you find some time to let the young ones wind down and decorate these colorful pages.
There are 8 pages included in this Christmas Coloring Pages.
Clean Mud: Another creative Christmas kid party game . You'll need: six rolls of cheap toilet paper, two bars ivory soap, one cup borax, and water. It looks like a bit complicated, huh? I have to tell you that kids love this game so much!
Start the fun by having your kids tear the toilet paper into small pieces. Use a cheese grater to grate the soap onto the toilet paper, use water to wet the paper and soap a little. Have an adult adds the Borax. Then add more water and mush together the ingredients until it is the consistency of mud. Make sure all the borax is thoroughly wet so it will not be toxic. Now have them make "clean mud snowmen".
Christmas Coloring Match: This is a Christmas kid party game oore than just a coloring page.
You're trying to color this picture exactly the same as your little artist! One person is chosen as the artist, then it's up to the rest of the players to match her every color! Click and play with the Christmas Coloring Match.
Freeze Skating: This is an awesome idea that I learned from my friend last Christmas. My friend gave each kid two pieces of wax paper or two paper plates to use as skates. He prepared a skating rink from clear plastic spread on the floor. Then played music in the background and had the kids skate. When he stopped the music, the kids must freeze. He even told me that we can also have kids partner skate. Another idea the kids love is to spread shaving cream on the plastic and let them barefoot skate. They love the idea of taking their shoes and socks off! It's easy to clean and fun for all ages!
Ice Fishing: Another fun Christmas kid party game played with cardboard. You should prepare a large basin covered in white cardboard, with a hole cut in the center. Then cut fish from cardboard and put a paper clip on the nose of each. On each fish write the name of a prize. Make fishing rods from sticks and put a magnet on the end of the line. Kids will be busy in taking turns pulling out their prize fish!
Reindeers: Making a reindeer is a bit challenge to small age kids. So you'd better help them by glueing the parts ( using a candy cane, brown pipe cleaners, wiggly eyes, and a small red pompom nose) on using low temperature glue guns.
Christmas Tic-Tac-Toe: No other Christmas kid party game is much easier and perfect than this one! Let your kids pair up and play as many times as they want, or challenge them to a playoff where winners play winners until only one is left standing! With reusable chips, just clear the board when you're done.and this game could last all day!
