Christmas Stocking Idea

Genevieve Stember's Christmas Stocking Ideas:
My family has always been really big into Christmas stockings!
They were almost more fun than the presents to me as a kid. Just the suspense of being able to pull fun things out of a special stocking that I had had since I was born was thrilling to me.
The picure attatched is a cute version of how I feel about Christmas stockings now and the best stocking gift of my life!
These are two Christmas pictures that were taken of my son about 3 weeks after he was born.
It just so happens that this same stocking and little hat were the ones I came home from the hospital 27 years earlier.
I wanted to take a picture of him in the stocking to show him that he was my favorite Christmas present ever!
Here is the first picture of my christmas stocking idea

He looked so cute in that stocking!
We love Christmas in our home and will share both old and new traditions with our two boys as they grow up.
With both mine and my son's birthdays so close to Christmas, we definately make it a point to seperate the two, but also enjoy our birthdays being right in the middle of such a joyus holiday season...
Also, a year later, we have cute photos of Daddy and 1 year old baby opening up stockings together. The tradition will continue for as long as I'm alive!
Here is him...

"Create in me a clean heart, Oh God and renew a right spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the Joy of your Salvation and grant me a willing spirit to sustain me."
Merry Christmas to all!
